Withdrawal
right's modalities
The
consumer, who wants to use withdrawal right's
must send, in 7 (seven) days from wares'
reception, a register letter with reception's
advice containing: the will use the benefits
of law, the indication of relative product,
the progresive number of order, done of
order's, purchase's moment and relòative
data to own bank current (banking istitute,
agency of reference, c.c. number) to following

Otherwise,
consumer can send:
a
telegram in 7 (seven) days from product's
reception, at above indicated address, in
this case, the communications must be confirmed
in 48 hours from telegram's sending through
a registered letter with reception's advice
send to above mentioned address. To obtain
the repayment of corresponding in 7 (seven)
days from product's reception, consumer
must moreover send to sender per post the
product for whic he wants to apply withdrawal
right's.
Attention:
packing must be given back perfectly integral
and sealed. If packing is opened or damaged,
it is not possible to give it back. Product
must be accompained with delivery note and/or
from accompanyng wares' bill enclosed to
product at delivery moment.
Corresponding's
repayment
In
30 days from communication's receipt, in
which consumer express the will to apply
withdrawal right's, My Tuscany, will provide
to repay through bank allowance.
The
indicated repay is refered only to product's
price: in every case forwarding expenses
and delivery of product won't be repayed
and so they will be at consumer's charge.
The
necessary condition to apply withdrawal's
right is however the substantial product's
and packing's integrity.

Pricacy
Considering
the indications above and according to 675/96
Law art.10, Sep is responsible for datas'
treatment, and for payments' managements
and transations, while My Tuscany is responsible
for commerce and orders' filling.
Moreover,
we state that:
data
are assembled only to assolve imparted disposition,
and they will be elettronically accrding
to present laws.
Data
are obligatories, because they permet to
enter to service of two soceties. The refusal
to give data causes the annullement of contract
and service. Data can be communicated to
delegated subjects to make connected services
with the service, which is the subjects
of contract, and diffused only in the field
of finalities of service done.The interested
enjoy from rights of 675/96 Law art.13.
