The
"pasta-factory" dating back
to 1860, is a family coduction
firm which produces a great
range of specialities, working
simple products with ancient
handy tecniques. In addition,
avoiding every sort of colourings
and preservants, it gives life
to an healthy and natural product
which spreads already during
boiling, while water becames
green; that is due to the presence
of fresh wheat put in precious
flours. Wheat is infact the
most vital part of wheatmeal,
rich in vitamines, proteins,
minerals. Hand kneaded pasta
is spread on special looms and
slowly dried at slow temperature
for more than 36 hours to not
more than 40 degrees. This procedeeing
permets to products to maintain
all their nourishing elements,
without changing the properties
of ingredients, increasing taste
and lightness.

packings (except those
differently specificated);
it is also possible
to have mixed packings
made by 16 Pasta packings
of type x + 16 Pasta
packings of type y.
To make that, it is
sufficient to specificate
desired quantity in
the apposite form.
It is not possible
to buy single packings
from 16 pieces; the
total of order must
always be a multiple
of 32.
(ex: 16 wheat Pasta
packings + 16 egg
