Hand kneaded pasta is spread on special looms and slowly dried at slow temperature for more than 36 hours to not more than 40 degrees. This procedeeing permets to products to maintain all their nourishing elements, without changing the properties of ingredients, increasing taste and lightness.

Pay Attention
Packings are composed each one by 32 Pasta packings (except those differently specificated); it is also possible to have mixed packings made by 16 Pasta packings of type x + 16 Pasta packings of type y. To make that, it is sufficient to specificate desired quantity in the apposite form.
It is not possible to buy single packings from 16 pieces; the total of order must always be a multiple of 32.
(ex: 16 wheat Pasta packings + 16 egg Pasta packings= 32 total packings).
