Extravergine
olive oil is known as the best
of condiments. It is absolutely
the alimentar fat, which is
the most digestible, because
it results the most connatural
at man. Differently of seed
oil which, if exposed 6to heat
produces toxic substances for
our liver, olive oil has a more
equilibrate content of fat acids
and it is indicated for heat
uses. Our oil, which comes from
tuscan hills is obtained through
the simple mecanic saueezing
of olives and simply exposed
to washing, sedimentation, filtration
with the exclusion of every
chimical treatment. We obtain,
in this way, a very well final
product for its taste and properties.
